Definitions
| Company | means NOBLESSE YACHTS®, a registered and protected Company as well as all associated brands such as WHITE STAR LUXURY YACHTS, as well as their associates Domains noblesse.yachts, noblesse-yachts.com, white-star.ch, whitestar.enterprises and any and all other domains associated with the Company (“Company”, including “we”, “us” or “our”). |
| Site, Website | means the Companies websites as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. |
| Content | means all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”). |

User Representations
