Situated in the heart of the village of Saint-Tropez, this location is ideal, being just 100 meters away from Place des Lices and 100 meters from the legendary old port. The ground floor offers excellent service, complete with a 25 m2 terrace in a small private condominium that overlooks the hinterland, providing absolute peace without any vis-à-vis.
We have meticulously furnished and decorated this apartment to cater to a sophisticated and discerning clientele. The apartment features a spacious 30 m2 studio that is tranquil, along with a teak terrace of 25 m2, garden furniture, electric blinds, abundant sunlight, marble floors, a flat-screen TV, satellite reception, Hi-Fi, Wi-Fi, a high-end bathroom furnished with Porcelanosa fixtures, and a top-tier US Kitchen.
